We reply within 2 working days to confirm collection. Refunds carry a AED 20 collection fee, deducted from the amount refunded. Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, though faulty pre-order items are still covered.

Counted from the day your order arrives. Send the request inside that window, even if the courier collects later.

The item must be unworn

Unused, with every original tag, label and seal still attached, and returned in its original box. Everything is inspected on arrival.

Refunds carry a AED 20 fee

Deducted from the amount refunded, to cover courier collection. Exchanges and store credit are not charged this fee.

Faulty or damaged?

Say so in the form and we will ask for a photograph. Faulty items are covered outside the usual conditions, including pre-orders. The full terms are on our Returns and Exchange page.
