Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order through www.eloria-shoes.com you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.

1. What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is temporarily unavailable for immediate dispatch. The item will be reserved for you and shipped once it becomes available.

Pre-order products will be clearly identified as such on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Payment & order confirmation

• Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Your pre-order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
• The price applicable at the time your pre-order is confirmed will remain applicable to your order.

3. Delivery & estimated timeframes

• The delivery timeframe displayed for a pre-order is an estimated timeframe only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, weekends, public holidays, Ramadan, Eid periods, manufacturing schedules, shipping, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant changes or delays affecting your order.

4. Orders containing pre-order & in-stock items

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be prioritised for fulfilment and shipped separately so that you can receive available products without unnecessary delay. The pre-order item will be shipped separately once it becomes available.

For international orders outside the UAE, additional customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges may apply to the pre-order shipment. Such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellation of pre-orders

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you are committing to the purchase and understand that the item may be specially reserved, sourced or ordered for you.

6. Returns, refunds & exchanges

• All pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange once the order has been placed.
• Please ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour and product before completing your pre-order.
• If a pre-order item arrives damaged, defective or does not conform to the product purchased, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Such cases will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection requirements.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

7. Size & fit

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing a pre-order. Please refer to our size guide before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order.

8. Product variations

For products made from genuine leather, faux leather, suede or handmade components, slight variations in colour, texture, grain or finish may occur. Such natural variations are not necessarily considered defects and may contribute to the unique character of the product.

9. Delivery address & lost packages

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping and delivery address at the time of placing an order.
• Eloria Shoes is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed or delivered incorrectly as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Where an incorrect address has been provided, any additional delivery or re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

10. High-value orders

We reserve the right to accept or decline high-value orders at our discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Where an order exceeds a specific value threshold, different shipping charges may apply. The applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before an invoice or payment request is issued.

11. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed pre-order due to circumstances such as product discontinuation, supplier unavailability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the affected item, subject to applicable UAE laws.

12. Communication

By placing a pre-order, you agree that the Eloria Shoes team may contact you using the email address, telephone number or WhatsApp number provided at checkout regarding your order. This may include updates relating to availability, production, shipping, delivery, delays or other matters relating to your pre-order.

13. UAE law

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
