Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service across the United Arab Emirates and internationally. Please review the information below for details regarding delivery times, shipping areas and international orders.

UAE delivery

Once your purchase is successfully completed, your order will be processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, containing details of your order, including the products purchased and their total cost.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by third-party courier operations, unforeseen circumstances, local conditions, and public or bank holidays observed by the carrier.

Failed or unsuccessful delivery (UAE)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are available to receive their order at the delivery address provided at checkout.

If you are unable to receive your order at the provided delivery address, or if the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to the recipient’s unavailability or other circumstances attributable to the recipient, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, if the order is subsequently cancelled or refunded, a delivery and return handling charge of AED 20 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Changes to delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed and checkout has been completed, we are unable to change the delivery address.

GCC & international delivery

We ship to many destinations worldwide, including:

• Other international destinations where shipping is available

All GCC and international orders are shipped through Aramex and include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, inspections, documentation requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delays caused by customs are not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.

Orders containing pre-order items

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items are shipped first so you are not kept waiting, and the pre-order item follows separately once it arrives. Pre-order delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — see our Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.

Uncollected or refused international shipments

For GCC and international orders, customers are responsible for accepting and collecting their shipments and completing any required customs procedures.

If an international shipment is not collected, refused, rejected, or returned to us for any reason attributable to the recipient, the applicable shipping, return and/or re-shipping fees incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase as well as any additional shipping, return, customs or handling charges incurred due to an uncollected, refused or returned shipment.

Restricted destinations

In accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations, we do not provide services, ship products, or conduct transactions with any countries or territories subject to applicable OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions.
